the ultimate party bike.
An introduction to the Fuse family:
An all-new aggressive geometry is redesigned to make the Fuse a proper trail bike. Compared to its predecessor, its reach is lengthened 20mm, head angle slackened to 66.5°, seat angle steepened to 74° and standover reduced as much as 52mm. Think of it as a Stumpjumper without the squishy bits.
The new Fuse is available in two different alloy frames, M4 and A1. The Fuse Comp 29 is made from Specialized's premium M4 alloy. M4 alloy is stronger and allows for thinner tubes, therefore making a lighter frame that's just as strong as the classic A1 alloy found in this Fuse 27.5. The new frames also have more seatpost insertion depth that allow for longer dropper posts. They can also take 29 or 27.5+ wheels, with clearance to fit either 29x2.6 or 27.5x2.8 tyres. No weird standards here, either. All Fuse frames have Boost 110/148 hub spacing, a threaded bottom bracket and a tapered headtube.
The new Fuse has 130mm forks with reduced offset, which gives the bike a little more high-speed stability without going too slack on the head angle. With 1x drivetrains and dropper posts across the range, wide bars, short stems and updated Butcher and Purgatory tyres, the Fuse is a real ripper.
Focusing in on the 22' Fuse 27.5"...
Calm under pressure, yet deft and precise, the Fuse is an entirely different kind of hardtail. Featuring an all-new longer, lower, and rowdier chassis and 27.5 x 2.3 wheels and tyres, the Fuse 27.5 handles rough, sketchy descents and steep, technical climbs with absolute confidence.

Highlights include hydraulic disc brakes, a dropper post, and single-ring drivetrain.
