Pair an irrational appreciation for speed with the unmatched versatility of being able to run a traction-loving 29-inch front wheel and a snappy 27.5-inch rear, and you have the fastest, most capable Demo to date. The Demo Expert adds planted, confident control to the mix with an assist from RockShox’s BoXXer Select 29 fork featuring their DH DebonAir spring and a Super Deluxe Select Coil shock offering external rebound adjustment. Should your riding style or terrain require, the Demo's adjustable rear end means 29-inch rear wheel compatibility is on deck, ready to deliver. SRAM Code RS four-piston brakes front and rear give you the power to slow down with almost telepathic immediacy, while the Demo Expert’s suspension platform injects just the right amount of anti-rise into the kinematics equation in order to keep your weight low and centered, maximising rear-wheel traction when you need it most.
The Demo Expert M5 alloy frame is fully optimized to take advantage of the traction benefits of a 29-inch front wheel and the increased manueverability of a 27.5-inch rear wheel while maintaiining the ability to change your rear wheel size to 29-inch to suit different terrain and riding styles with an adjustable rear end that ensures chainstay length and bottom-bracket height stay dialed no matter the hoop size.
The Rockshox Super Deluxe Select DH coil shock may be heavy on adjectives, but it’s even heavier on performance, offering external low speed compression and rebound adjustment while the Trunnion mount offers extra bushing overlap for increased durability.

*Barring angle values marked by their degree symbol (°), all chart measurements above are listed in millimetres (mm).
Detailed below are the Demo's sizes, with their respective rider's height ranges to which they suit:
S2 - 158cm to 175cm (5'2" to 5'9")
S3 - 165cm to 183cm (5'5" to 6'0")
S4 - 173cm to 193cm (5'8" to 6'4")
Please note, while you may fit snuggly (according to the size guide) into one particular size, we advise you size DOWN for more manoeuvrability in tight corners or playfulness in flicking the bike in the air. Conversely, size UP for more stability through rough fast rock gardens, aggressive root sections, etc. Our staff will happily engage you in this wider sizing conversation to have you riding the right size bike for your height and riding style.
With over 17 years experience offering quality bikes and service, you can rest assured we have deeply considered the quality of the products we sell and have the technical skills to assist if any possible problems arise.
Along with being the ‘local’ bike store to many riders in Auckland, we also have an extensive customer base of riders nationwide. Believe it or not we even have riders from overseas come to us for our quality products and expertise!
Lastly, we are riders ourselves. We are in this business because we are genuinely passionate about riding all types of bikes and are here to share our knowledge to help enhance your riding experience.
